Agent  SOURCE  INFRATECH is designed for making concrete casts light in weight without loosing its

strength, it helps to make concrete casts of very high quality.

Agent  SOURCE  INFRATECH  is a specially formulated product based on high performing surfactants,

protein and solvents to give high quality concrete casts. It is developed for operation with

special equipments.

Mixture generated with the SOURCE  INFRATECH  air and water in the specially developed generator

is stable. It is added into concrete mixture being mixed in a concrete mixer and to form a

homogeneous dispersion.

Special stabilizers are added in SOURCE  INFRATECH  to ensure that dispersion remains stable for the

entire period of setting of concrete; Volume and structure of pores remain the same. Volume

of concrete is stable till pumping, compression or laying change foam concrete. This results

in very uniform and evenly set concrete.

HOW TO USE ?

SOURCE  INFRATECH  is used for foam concrete production of normal and light fillers.

Depending on the main formula, it is possible to produce concretes and mixtures of density

from 350 kg/m3 to 2000 kg/m3.

Density less than 800 kg/m3 requires special composition, please use SOURCE  INFRATECH  special.

DOSAGE :

Dosage of SOURCE  INFRATECH  depends on the density of concrete to be formed. Normally used

from 2.5 kg. to 4kg. for 100 litres of water depending upon concrete density being casted,

water hardness and the foam generator being used.

Hard water may require extra quantity to generate good, stable dispersion.

Application pressure will be as per recommendations of the generator manufacturer,

generally between 1-3 kg/cm2

Foam generator will deliver the foam by mixing air in required ratio with the foam solution.

This process may be semi automatic or fully automatic depending upon the equipment being

used. Foam generated is very light and density of the foam will be 35-80 gm/ litre

depending upon the foam generator, flow rate of foam solution and air pressure used.

Size of dispersed bubbles is 0.01 – 0.2 mm (10 – 200 microns).

Stability is 1.0 – 2.0 hours, depending on temperature and environmental conditions.

Small trial may be necessary to decide necessary dose of SOURCE  INFRATECH  to be used. It depends

on required density of raw materials quality, i.e fly ash, cement, sand, additives and also on

the quality of water being used besides the generator

STORAGE :

SOURCE  INFRATECH  can be stored below 49 °C. The product can withstand intermittent, short time

exposure up to 60 °C temp. Do not use frozen product as such. It can be used after

thawing and mixing well. It is unaffected by freeze/thaw cycles Ensure containers are not

directly exposed to sunlight & heat for a long period.

SHELF-LIFE:

SOURCE  INFRATECH  has a minimum shelf life of 1 year, considering tropical condition and if

properly stored in its original container or tanks suitable for storage. Refer Technical Bulletin

for storage condition guidelines.

ENVIRONMENTAL & DISPOSAL:

SOURCE INFRATECH  is safe for use and has no harmful effect on human being. It can be successfully

treated in biological waste water treatment systems after proper dilution
