1)How much land is required to run a CLC brick machinery plant?
- 10 cubic meter plant: 50 cents (2400 Square Yards)
- 20 cubic meter plant: 100 cents (4800 Square Yards)
- 30 cubic meter plant: 200 cents (9600 square Yards)
2) In what sizes are CLC light weight bricks available for sale?
Length Height Thickness
2 feet 10 inches 4inches
2 feet 10 inches 6 inches
2 feet 10 inches 8 inches
3) What is the output capacity of CLC bricks per cubic meter?
2 feet 10 inches 4 inches – 82 bricks
2 feet 10 inches 6 inches – 55 bricks
2 feet 10 inches 8 inches – 41 bricks
4) How much power consumption is required for running CLC brick machinery plant?
2 cubic meter mixer – 10 hp
Foam generator – 1hp
Compressor – 3 hp
Water motor – 2hp
Conveyor – 5 hp
Total – 21 hp needed
5) How labor force is required in running a CLC light weight brick machinery plant?
A minimum of ten 10 unskilled workers are essential in the production of CLC bricks.
6) How much of raw material is required to manufacture CLC bricks?
The raw material required to manufacture 1000 blocks of size 24x8x9 are:
- Foaming agent: 50 kg.
- Cement: 100 bags
- Fly ash: 16 tons
- Water: to prepare a slurry mix similar to general requirement in concrete production.
7) What type of foaming agent can be used in CLC bricks production?
Protein foaming agent (non-veg) – 85gm to 95gm per liter (density) can use for CLC bricks.
Protein foaming agent (veg) – can be used for roof insulations.
8) What type of cement grade can use in CLC light weight bricks manufacturing?
53 grade ordinary Portland cement (OPC) is used for manufacturing CLC bricks.
9) What type of fly ash can be used for CLC bricks production?
We should use fine fly ash, which is available in thermal power plants. (It is also available in certain industries free of cost. You got make to make your own transport arrangement). This raw material is one hundred percent (100%) suitable for CLC bricks production.
P.S. Never use pond fine fly ash as it contains other additives such as dust, chemicals and oil too.
10) What type of conveyor can be used in CLC bricks machinery plants?
There are two types of conveyors that can be used:
- Belt conveyor for fly ash
- Screw conveyor for cement
However, our suggestion would be to use only belt conveyor for both, which is sufficient. It is better to avoid screw conveyor for cement.
11) How many molds are needed for 1 cubic meter CLC bricks manufacturing?
There are four molds needed if it is 8 feet ms (mild steel) sheet.
There are five moulds needed if it is 6 feet ms (mild steel) sheet.
12) Is it advisable to make molds with fiber?
Oh! Yes, but life span of fiber molds is less than mild steel (ms). So, ms sheet are the most preferred material for casting into different sizes and shapes. Besides, it has more durability, which means less investment.
13) What are the different types of curing are there during the production of CLC bricks?
There are two types curing recommended while making CLC bricks. They are water curing and steam curing.
14) How many days of water curing are needed to manufacture CLC bricks?
The recommended and most ideal time of water curing required for manufacturing CLC bricks is minimum 7 days i.e., a period of 1 week.
15) What are the different types of CLC plants that we are providing?
There are several types of CLC plants and we are providing the following types:
- Manual plant – foam generator, control panel, mixer and load cells, compressor, molds and trolleys.
- Semi automatic plant – foam generator, control panel, mixer and load cells, compressor, cutting machine and conveyor belt.
- Fully automatic plant – foam generator, control panel, mixer, and load cells, compressor, cutting machine, silos (storage towers), boiler and chamber.
16) What is digital weighing scale system in a CLC brick machinery plant?
Digital weighing scale system is nothing, but load cells which are fixed at the bottom of a mixer to measure the weight of the material which we pour in the mixer to manufacture CLC bricks.
17) How much capacity of load cells we are providing?
We fix four load cells at the bottom of each load cells whose capacity is 2 tons.
