most of people not aware of clc light weight bricks. they use clay bricks or traditional bricks
for there house construction. for those people  i am sharing my knowledge

1)first question customers always ask what is difference between clay bricks and light weight bricks?
A)Name its self  light weight bricks, where clay bricks also we find light weight bricsk but there is no compressive strength where in clc light weight bricks  consists more compressive strength and less water absorption.

2)what is clc bricks?
A)clc means cellular light weight bricks these bricks also called foam concrete bricks

3)why we called it is foam concrete bricks?
A)We use high strength of foam to get light weight in the bricks.

4)what type of foam use and where we get it?
A)Before to explain you about foam I would like to explain the raw materials which we used in light weight bricks

1)Cement(53 grade cement )
2)fly ash(Where we get in thermal power plant)
3)foaming agent  : foaming agent are two types of protein foaming agent and synthetic foaming agent .this agent will pour in the foam generator to get foam
This foaming agent available in the market but check it before buy, ask sample for testing

5)why i used these bricks for construction  instead of traditional bricks?
A) i would like to share some of the advantages with light weight bricks
1)water absorption is 5% where as in clay bricks 45% ( here we observe one point at the time of rainy season clay bricks water observe more so we can find breaks in the wall .so my sincere suggestion is don’t use clay bricks for construction)
2)high resistance power in light weight bricks where has in clay bricks less resistance power
Test  with  gas cutter  : use high temperature in one side of the clay bricks and keep your hand in the other side after few minutes you can feel very heat .where as in clc light weight bricks you cant feel heat

3)sound insulation
4)construction is made easy with light weight bricks
6)plasting is ½ inches is enough
7)you can save 40% of cement at the time of motor joints between two light weight bricks
8)steel also can reduced

6)cost comparison between clay bricks and light weight bricks?
A) Before explaining about the cost comparison some of the points i have to explain

Light weight bricks size is length 2feet * height 8inches *thickness 4 inches(here thickness can change )
So one light weight bricks  = 7.1 red bricks
The cost of the clay brick is four rupees each one so 4 * 7 = 28 rs
Now the light weight bricks cost is 32rps to 35 rps  in the market
