                              Test on cement before making a clc block or brick


1)cement should be greenish gray
2)freshness
3)check the manufacturing date on the bag
                         it is printed in week/month/year it should not be more than 30 days old

1 month old -> 100 strength
3month old ->75% strength
6 month old->50% strength
1year old->no strength

4)smoothness test :- it should be cool when hand is trusted into a bag of cement
5)floating tes:- when a handful of cement thrown into a bucket of water,it should be float up to some time then gradually sinks to bottom
6)lump tes-: it lumps are found in the cement bag ,it should be powder by pressing with fingures if it does not turn into powder form the cement is consider to be spoil by air setting.
